This is my second "High School Musical Cheerleading Dress Cake"
now, and how funny that this one is for a little girl
also named Sophie!!!
This is a rich chocolate cake with buttercream,
carved and covered with fondant
and decorated in the style of a cheerleader's dress (HSM)
The stars and number 8 are also fondant ....with a mix of tylopur powder.
That cake is so great! I always find it so hard to replicate a previous - your 2nd cake is wonderful!
