Carp Cake

I was asked to make a cake by the lady who had the horse cake I did a while back,

this time for her Husband's 60th Birthday.

She wanted something related to fishing as this was his interest and he loves Carp fishing.....

so as I haven't made a fish cake before I was very keen to do this.

This was the most theraputic work I have ever done,

I so hope I get to make another fish cake in the near future.
