I have been thinking of Christmas Cake designs as the festive period is just around the corner,
& this is totally inspired from a
3 tiered snowflake cake by Lindy Smith
out of her book "To Inspire & Desire"
The Snowflakes are made out of fondant using patchwork cutters, and I
have got to say, they are not that easy to use!!!!
but I do like the result!
